Rain, Rain, go away.
Come again another day.
We had a brief let up in the rain over the 4th of July weekend. Just long enough to cut the grass that has grown 5 feet tall because of the rain. But you guessed it. It's raining again. I need to go ahead and build that Ark now.

The month of June was like that for us, here in east-central Illinois. It was filled with sunshine (thankfully), but every single day, a huge hour long downpour or more of rain would occur and then finally the sun would come out and it would be 100 with humidity to match again. The grass grew like crazy and despite the heat, I was having to mow 2 times a week!
Thankfully, for us, this weather pattern has left and we've been having some beautiful, albeit hot summertime weather.
Your pictures are adorable. :)
Cute pictures! Wish we could share the rain with you...might make everyone happy!
Blessings!
Love these pics - some of my favorites. Are you sick of Louisiana yet? Summer monsoons are the worst - rain, heat, humidity... errr... steam baths. Yeah, I don't miss that. Oh wait! I don't miss it because I live it 365 days a year in it now :-(
Think I am caught up now - but where are you?
What cute photographs. I really enjoyed reading the posts on your blog. I would like to invite you to come on over to my blog and check it out. God's blessings too you. Lloyd
